Sharma Brands provided website strategy, design, copywriting, and development for both desktop and mobile for Love Wellness’s new site. We designed every page down to their 404, introduced new branding elements, pop-ups for email and SMS, and a new tech stack to power their site.

Sharma Brands produced dozens of static, video, and gif ads for multiple campaign and evergreen strategies. We deployed new creative styles and offers ahead of Black Friday/Cyber Monday which increased sales. We iterated on format, channel, and offer to identify high performing variants that helped their brand reach new revenue milestones and goals.

AD CREATIVE STRATEGY

Sharma Brands audited their existing store and through the website redesign process introduced best new practices across UI/UX and accessibility while prioritizing CVR.

CVR OPTIMIZATION

Sharma Brands added new tech and tools to supercharge the Love Wellness store. We migrated them to Rebuy + Okendo, added a custom interactive bundle builder to boost AOV, and got them using Elevar for conversion rate tracking + Northbeam for ad attribution.

Sharma Brands connected Love Wellness to their new paid search and paid social agency, Socium Media.

Partnership Highlights

In month 1, we audited their entire brand across web and social.
We reviewed their tech stack, CRM, visual identity, paid ads, core products, offers, messaging and more.

From there, we created a unique holistic budget and growth plan with dozens of suggestions for improvements to help them achieve their specific goals.

MONTH 1

MONTH 2

In month 2, we redesigned their entire website based on our research and suggestions.

All together, this included X number of pages and Y number of sections for both desktop and mobile.
We wrote most of the copy, added new branding elements, updated their product photography, pop-ups for email and SMS, and more. 

This 2 day shoot produced dozens of campaign specific and evergreen assets for organic and paid social + web. 

MONTH 3

In month 3, we focused on the development of their new site 
with our Shopify Plus development partner, Peachy.

Alongside the development work for desktop and mobile, we focused on new product launch campaigns for LW’s Big Brain probiotics.

We created new static and video ads to support this work. 

We also added Rebuy for subscriptions and Okendo for reviews. Once complete, we began discussing media strategies with their new paid search and paid social agency Socium Media.

MONTH 5

In Month 5, we focused a lot of our time on CRO optimization of the new website. We used Microsoft Clarity to better understand heat maps, site usage patterns, dead clicks, and areas to improve.

After analyzing this data, we improved various sections of the site to reduce bounce rate, dead clicks, and more. On our highest performing landing pages, LW saw CVR’s of up to 9%!
